We were recently awarded a patent (Patti, J. US 10,176,339) for a method of anonymized medical data analysis which enables remote data processing without compromising patient confidentiality. This technology supports the services we offer related to medical device and pharmaceutical development and market compliance. By enabling data processing to occur in the cloud, we allow companies to focus on product development instead of analysis.

 

Computation in the cloud further allows large amounts of computing power to be used for sophisticated analyses in a timely manner. Our proprietary approach protects patient confidentiality, by keeping patient identifying information in the hospital or laboratory, where it belongs, with only the minimum information transmitted for analysis.

• Customized client software is used to select needed analyses
• Patient-identifying information is scrubbed from data or images and they are uploaded to our secure cloud servers
• Analysis is performed
• Results are returned to client and recombined with patient-identifying information to generate a report.
